Welcome to Feliza. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any related platforms. By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service offered by Feliza, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Nature of Services

Feliza provides mental health, wellness, and counseling services delivered by qualified professionals. These services are intended for personal growth, emotional well-being, and therapeutic support. Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychiatric care, hospitalization, or emergency intervention.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency or suicidal crisis, please contact your local emergency number immediately.

2. Eligibility

You are at least 18 years old, or if under 18, you have parent/guardian consent.
You will provide accurate and complete information when booking or engaging in therapy.
You are legally capable of entering into this agreement.

3. Confidentiality

Feliza respects the confidentiality of all client interactions, except where disclosure is required by law:

If there is an imminent risk of harm to self or others.
In cases of abuse or legal reporting requirements.
If ordered by a court of law.

While we use secure systems, absolute confidentiality of online communications cannot be guaranteed.

4. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance and paid for at the time of booking.
Sessions are confirmed only after payment is received.
All payments are non-refundable as per our Refund Policy.
Fees may change but not for already-booked sessions.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation.
Late cancellations or no-shows incur a fee of INR 500.
Sessions missed after 15 minutes are marked utilized.
Late arrivals will not extend session time.
Connectivity issues will result in a reschedule to the next available slot.

6. Refund Policy

Feliza maintains a strict no-refund policy. Payments for sessions are non-refundable under all circumstances, including missed sessions. Clients may only reschedule within policy guidelines.

7. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information during registration and sessions.
Join sessions on time in a distraction-free environment.
Do not record, share, or publish any session content without written consent.
Maintain respectful and lawful behavior at all times.

8. Therapist Responsibilities

Provide professional, ethical, and respectful care.
Maintain confidentiality as per ethical and legal standards.
Conduct sessions responsibly and on time, except in emergencies.

9. Limitation of Liability

Feliza, its therapists, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from service use. Therapy outcomes depend on individual factors beyond the therapist’s control. Technical failures and connectivity issues are not the liability of Feliza.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Feliza’s website, including logos, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Feliza and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

11. Use of Website & Communication

Clients agree to use Feliza’s website and communication platforms lawfully. Misuse, hacking, or abuse may result in termination and legal action. Feliza is not responsible for third-party links or external content.

12. Termination of Services

Feliza reserves the right to terminate or deny services if terms are violated or inappropriate behavior occurs.

13. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify Feliza, its therapists, and affiliates from any claims or expenses arising from misuse or violation of these Terms.

14. Policy Updates

Feliza reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services after updates indicates acceptance.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Amritsar, Punjab.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or attending a session with Feliza, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
