Refund Policy

At Feliza, we are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and reliable therapeutic space for our clients. To ensure clarity and fairness, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all booked sessions.

Once a session has been booked and payment has been processed, the fee is non-refundable. This applies whether or not the client attends the session. We encourage clients to review their availability carefully before confirming an appointment.

In situations where you are unable to attend a session, you are welcome to make use of our Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy, which allows for sessions to be moved to a later date or time if the required notice is provided. While payments cannot be refunded, we are committed to working with you to find a suitable alternative wherever possible.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to protect the time and dedication of our therapists, while ensuring that every client receives consistent and professional care.
