Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
At Feliza, we value the time and commitment of both our clients and therapists. To ensure smooth scheduling and respectful use of everyone’s time, we kindly request that clients adhere to the following policy.
24-Hour Notice
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your session, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for appointments. Any cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee of INR 500.
No-Show Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but to maintain fairness and structure, any session where the client does not join within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time will be considered utilised and cancelled.
Late Arrival
If a client joins a session late, the session will continue for the remaining allotted time only. Unfortunately, we cannot extend sessions beyond the scheduled slot, as therapists often have other appointments immediately afterwards.
Connectivity Issues
In the event of internet connectivity issues on either the therapist’s or client’s side, the session will be rescheduled to the next available slot at a mutually convenient time.
